The Supreme Court’s ruling against Affirmative Action last year has only emboldened these voices, sending a clear signal that the fight for inclusion is far from over.

As a result, many companies and large institutions are shying away from their commitments to diversity, scaling back initiatives, and dismantling teams dedicated to fostering inclusive environments. The progress we’ve fought so hard for is at risk of being undone, leaving countless individuals and communities vulnerable to exclusion and marginalization.
